- YouTube YouTube is a video sharing website. The users can upload videos or just watch them even without any registration. It was launched in 2005 then later on bought by Google which is still the current owner of this website. The edge which YouTube has over other video sharing websites is that it has a huge database and the social networking integration gives it another plus point. Its easy to use and the video buffering is not a problem at all.
- Yahoo Yahoo is a web portal on which offers search, chat, games, email facility and much more. Yahoo has always been compared to Google, which is their number one competitor.
- Windows Live Live.com is ranked at number 5. Its a product of Microsoft which gives the users features like email, web search and other social networking experience.
- Baidu Baidu.com is a Chinese and Japanese search engine for websites, audio files and images. The traffic it gets is from China and Japan, because the language is native.
- Wkipedia Wikipedia is the number one online encyclopedia. The interesting bit about this website is that the user can edit it, means that anyone who has knowledge about something can write/edit about it.
- Blogger Blogger.com provides blogging service for writers. Its totally free and very easy to use. Launched in 1999, it was then bought by Google later on.
